Stone 2 Furniture® has partnered with a local woodworker to bring you handcrafted, high-end wood furniture. By using traditional woodworking techniques and sustainable practices we are able to salvage and preserve wood that would otherwise spend years decomposing in the forest and increasing fire hazard. All the wood we use is locally harvested, including Beetle Kill Pine, Aspen, Ash and Bristle Cone Pine (the oldest tree in the world).

We are all familiar with wood furniture, but what makes ours special is the fact that it is salvaged wood hiding a beautiful surprise from Mother Nature. When looking at trees that have been destroyed by beetles you would never guess that they leave behind markings that can not be reproduced by man. The beetles leave a blue stain in the wood that can only be found in trees that they have inhabited. When we make furniture from this wood we are using natural resources that are already there and saving it from destruction.
