Frequently Asked Questions

Many shoppers have questions about our distinctive furniture. We hope to answer some of your questions here but would enjoy hearing from you with questions or comments.

Is it comfortable?

Yes, amazingly comfortable! Each rock is positioned for ergonomic comfort. Some of our clients say: "When I first saw it I thought, that's cool - but it can't be comfortable. Then I sat in it and couldn't believe how comfortable it really is!"

What  does a coffee table cost to ship and can my floor support the weight?

A standard coffee table weighs no more than 200 lbs. Yes your floor can support the weight without needing to be reinforced. Shipping a table is between $120 to $350 depending on the size. For larger custom tables we are able to supply you with the shipping total before it leaves.

What does it cost?

Prices vary because each piece of furniture is one of a kind and handcrafted. Some frames have more fabrication than others, swivel chairs are more expensive than a regular chair. 3-piece set (2 chairs and 1 table) starts at $2,500.00.

How much do they weigh?

A low chair weighs about 165 lbs whereas a bistro chair weighs around 145 lbs and a table runs about 120 lbs.

What does shipping cost and how is it shipped?

Shipping is determined by the weight of the furniture and the destination zip code. It is palletized and delivered via freight to your front door. We offer a White Glove Setup Service, this is means that the moving company will setup your furniture and remove all the packaging debris.

If you want to set it up, all you have to do is break the packaging bands and have a dolly on hand, or a couple of friends. Your furniture is completely assembled and can be easily moved if two people lift it together on each side.

Is there any maintenance required?

No, our furniture is maintenance free.
