MUST BE LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT AND 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND LIVING IN THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES

Starts February 1, 2009 ends August 1, 2009.

One entry per person or household.

The total number of eligible entries received for the Contest determines the odds of winning.

RECEIVING THE PRIZE:

Winner is responsible for shipping costs, which could be up to $500.00. Shipping and handling fee covers Fed Ex Freight or other common carrier. The winner or their agent may opt to NOT pay the shipping and handling fee if they choose to physically pick up their prize at Stone 2 Furniture’s location in Livermore, CO. or arrange shipping on their own.

HOW TO ENTER

Beginning at 12:01 a.m. MST on February 1, 2009 until Midnight MST on August 1, 2009, you may enter the Ugly Patio Furniture Contest sponsored by Stone 2 Furniture® . ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY midnight MST on August 1, 2009.

To register for the Contest online, go to http://www.stone2furniture.com/contest.htm for complete instructions on how to enter. You will need to provide your email address, name, phone number and a photo of your furniture.

Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Stone 2 Furniture® is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries must be received by computer, personal delivery will not be accepted. Intellectual property resting in the content of entries shall remain with the contestant. By entering the contest, contestants expressly license to Stone 2 Furniture the right to use the content of the entry for purposes of promotion of the contest and other Stone 2 Furniture marketing efforts at sole the discretion of Stone 2 Furniture.

CONTEST RULES:
The contest is open to U.S. citizens living in the lower 48 United States Identification must be produced on request. Stone 2 Furniture® employees, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.

The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Stone 2 Furniture® may deem appropriate. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, damaged or mutilated entries. False and/or deceptive acts by entrants will also result in disqualification. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any information collected by registering to enter the Contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules

In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Stone 2 Furniture® may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

Stone 2 Furniture® . retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

Stone 2 Furniture. reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV): The winner will receive one set of stone furniture, this consists of 2 chairs and 1 table in Idaho Gray Flagstone, Deep Seating with arms and aluminum frame with a black paint finish. Prize cannot exceed $4,100 retail value.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY:
By submitting your entry online you affirm and represent that you are complying with all the rules and regulations of the promotion as set forth here in the complete official rules and have committed no fraud or deception in entering the promotion or in claiming any prize should you be selected as a winner.

Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, or in jurisdictions requiring registration. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
One prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a judged contest of eligible entries no later than August 1, 2009. . The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email or phone on or about August 15, 2009. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If an alternate winner selection is made necessary for any reason, it will be the runner up, done during the judging from among all eligible entries.

Acceptance of the prize or parts thereof constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

By entering this promotion, you agree and hold Stone 2 Furniture® any and all sponsors and promotional partners, together with their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, licensees and assigns, harmless against any and all liability for any claims, injuries, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from my winning, acceptance of or use of the prize/s I receive in connection with this promotion. I understand and agree that this is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights against the aforementioned parties to be released, and that no action will be taken by me or on behalf of me with respect to any such rights, it being understood that this release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, and administrators.

Stone 2 Furniture® is not bound to replace any lost or stolen prize items. Any expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By entering this promotion, you acknowledge that Stone 2 Furniture® , nor any of its sponsors, partners, or agencies has arranged for or carries insurance of any kind for your benefit or that of your heirs, executors and administrators relative to use of the prize/s. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, accident, property or other insurance relative to your use of the prize.
